PanaFlare XGF1100 is the next-generation ultrasonic flow transmitter designed for precise measurement of flare gas in demanding environments. It delivers accurate, real-time data across the full range of flow velocities and gas compositions, helping operators improve safety, reduce emissions, and meet global environmental regulations.

Using advanced correlation transit-time technology and digital signal processing, it measures velocity, volumetric flow, mass flow, and molecular weight, and provides key performance metrics, including net heating value (NHV) and combustion efficiency indicators (CE/DRE).

Its multi-path configuration and built-in flow correction improve accuracy in complex installations, while the robust, no-moving-parts design minimizes maintenance and ensures reliable operation in harsh flare conditions.
