The HygroPro XP is a rugged, explosion-proof moisture transmitter engineered for precise measurement of moisture in gases and non-aqueous liquids across the most demanding industrial environments. Utilizing advanced aluminum oxide sensor technology, it provides accurate readings from trace to ambient levels, with onboard moisture, temperature and optional pressure sensors.
Its´ compact explosion-proof design, is ideally suited to a wide range of applications in refineries, petrochemical, natural gas processing, and hydrogen applications, among others. Its integrated backlit display and keypad allow easy configuration and real-time monitoring of critical process parameters.
With 4–20 mA output, HART communication, and a field-replaceable sensor module, the HygroPro XP offers easy integration, reduced maintenance, and reliable long-term performance in critical moisture measurement applications.
Globally certified for Class I Div 1 / Zone 1 hazardous environments (explosion-proof design).
Employs an integrated aluminum oxide probe with local display.
Recommended to use a sample conditioning system for best performance, ensuring sample gas is free of contaminants and allowing for isolation of the transmitter from the process, to allow for periodic maintenance and recalibration, without the need to shutdown the process.
