The HygroProII is a rugged, loop-powered moisture transmitter designed for accurate measurement of moisture in gases and non-aqueous liquids across demanding industrial applications. Using advanced aluminum oxide sensor technology, it delivers precise readings from trace to ambient levels, with onboard moisture, temperature and optional pressure sensors.
It is compact, weatherproof (Type 4X/IP66/IP67 rated) and intrinsically safe, specifically designed for hazardous area installations in applications such as natural gas, petrochemical, and power generation facilities. The transmitter features a backlit display and keypad for easy configuration and real-time monitoring of up to three parameters.
With analog 4–20 mA output, HART communication, and field-replaceable sensor modules, the HygroPro II ensures easy integration, minimal maintenance, and long-term reliable performance in critical moisture measurement applications.
Uses aluminum oxide moisture sensor technology for trace-level moisture measurement.
Typically -110°C to +20°C dew point (based on probe capability).
Designed for high-pressure gas applications (up to 5000 psi depending on the probe).
